Australia - Our Holden Jackaroo AKA Jody
Our vehicle/home for our ongoing trip around Australia. We bought it when we arrived in Melbourne in April 2012 and Nick has done a lot of work to it to get it to the standard its at today. So far it’s needed a new head gasket, new brakes front and rear, new wheels and tyres and a new clutch slave cylinder!
After finding another issue with the head gasket the engine underwent a full rebuild and with the help of Andrew from Blackwell Race Engines she’s finally back on the roads. After putting the suspended engine through the windscreen during the rebuild we ended up having to replace the windscreen as well!! After a new heavy duty clutch she was ready to go....
